You are at the western end of the lagoon. North and west, the Wildwood
approaches almost to the very edge of the shoreline. The seabreeze whispers in the branches and lightning
bugs twinkle like tiny stars among the trunks. Not far away, from within some dark cliffs to the north,
can be heard a loud, croaking sound like that of a large raven. It would have to be a very LARGE raven....or something else.
There is a small, half-submerged cave
just to the south at the water's edge. The entrance to the cove is to the
east. And you can also follow the northern bank around
to where it meets a high dune.
